ESW Bayern – Campaign for the company anniversary
An anniversary is more than just a number. It is the perfect opportunity to celebrate your own history, show appreciation for your employees, thank your companions, and look to the future together. For the 75th anniversary of ESW Bayern, we supported the company with a striking anniversary design, a fitting motto, an accompanying communication strategy, and the design of anniversary assets.
Celebrating properly – but how?
How can we ensure that our anniversary celebrations truly resonate with everyone? This was the key question that ESW Bayern approached us with. Our client's goal was to address several very different target groups in an emotional and authentic way. From its own employees to tenants, political decision-makers, partners, and, last but not least, the general public, ESW Bayern's 75th anniversary was to be a unifying, appreciative event.
Close cooperation brings clarity and quick results
Projects involving numerous stakeholders, channels, and assets require careful planning. That's why we started with a kickoff workshop to lay the groundwork for the project. The key questions were: What should the anniversary communications convey, and who should they reach? From there, we developed a detailed media plan for the entire anniversary year.
“Building on each other” – A motto that connects
From the outset, it was clear that ESW Bayern's 75th anniversary should not only be celebrated, but also experienced at all levels with a unique anniversary design and motto. The motto “building on each other” (original german wording: Aufeinander bauen) picks up on the core values of ESW – cohesion, continuity, and future orientation – and connects the past, present, and future of ESW. It appeals to all target groups and thus makes the anniversary year a powerful, unifying experience.
Modular. Playful. Timeless
The building block design of the anniversary branding and logo playfully interprets the motto while creating a clear connection to the construction industry. Versatile and modular in structure, it's flexible to use – both digitally and in print—and integrates seamlessly into ESW Bayern's corporate design.

To mark our company's 75th anniversary, we wanted to develop a special campaign that embodies our work and impact both internally and externally. .diff immediately grasped this intention and developed a concept that presents the diversity and responsibility of our work in an aesthetically appealing, easily accessible, and widely applicable way—and has generated enthusiasm among both internal and external stakeholders.
