Egon N˚63®
High-profile real estate projects require sophisticated marketing.
A hidden life behind dust and graffiti
Old architecture is attractive. History lends it character – and its history becomes part of our own as we continue to live there. terraplan makes unique architectural monuments shine again and preserves their structural identity – as in this example of an old gas factory. The architecture - which includes the work of the renowned German architect and designer Egon Eiermann - has been revived as a high-quality brand property.
Discovering Egon Eiermann
Living in lofts may be common today. But living history is absolutely en vogue. For this object Egon Eiermann acts as a "testimonial" for editorial design as a source of inspiration. According to his parameters .diff gives an insight into the era that coined minimalist design. The color palette, typography and form of the brochure celebrate Eiermann's design principles.
Graphic design, made-to-measure & time-tailored
Simplicity, strict geometry and immediately recognizable functions characterize the work of the architect and product designer. This is reflected on every single page. A constructed image and text grid pay tribute to his architectural way of working. Image and font sizes are calculated strictly according to Fibonacci, as is the arrangement of the elements.
Digital counterpart
The landing page completes the launch of a product - in this case real estate. It is a digital reflection of the brochure’s design and entices investors and prospective tenants into buying. Added bonus: More reach and traffic for the brand.
Award-winning
The product catalogue was awarded silver at the 49th International Print Award BERLINER TYPE 2017.
