The PUMA x INTERSPORT chatbot was launched in 2018. A bot for girls, a bot for boys. Both represented with strong testimonials, the story merges workouts, recipes and styles into the desired user journey: The chat positions the collection to guide fans to the PUMA shops. This has been working so well that we were asked to continue with the campaigns in 2019 - with new testimonials and benefits .
