From the idea to the storytelling to the interaction with the fans - many players are involved in the project: Five brand, testimonial and agency managers, one copywriter each, and legal, sports and nutrition experts require agile project management to implement two chatbots in 6 languages and 13 countries. After intensive testing, we are in charge of the community management during the campaign and evaluate KPIs to measure success.

Give strength , show attitude: PUMA celebrates the brand experience with Lewis in contemporary style. The storyline features Lewis’s fitness and nutrition tips in the latest PUMA look. Fanboys are guided directly to the online shop or nearest store.

The PUMA x INTERSPORT chatbot was launched in 2018. A bot for girls, a bot for boys. Both represented with strong testimonials, the story merges workouts, recipes and styles into the desired user journey: The chat positions the collection to guide fans to the PUMA shops. This has been working so well that we were asked to continue with the campaigns in 2019 - with new testimonials and benefits .
